Description: A bolder style of sparkling Rose.

WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS

Colour: Medium salmon pink.
Nose: Strawberry fruits and musk complexed by characters of lanolin, toast, sea brine and mushroom.
Palate: Complex red berry fruits complemented by earthy, mushroom and autolytic characters. A flavoursome palate with creamy mouthfeel. Persistent flavours finishing with crisp natural acid and a slight tannin grip.
Cellaring: Drink now or cellar for up to 3 years.
