| Nose: | Strawberry fruits and musk complexed by characters of lanolin, toast, sea brine and mushroom. |
| Palate: | Complex red berry fruits complemented by earthy, mushroom and autolytic characters. A flavoursome palate with creamy mouthfeel. Persistent flavours finishing with crisp natural acid and a slight tannin grip. |
