A true prestige cuvee based on the attributes of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the finest Tasmanian vineyards, meticulous winemaking and an amazing 14 years tirage maturation. 

The wine is intensely complex and yet retains a remarkeable elegance and vibrancy seen only in the best of the premium sparkling wines throguhout the world. 

This amazing sparkling wine has an appearance of medium straw, coupled with an intense gold lustre with an ultrafine and persistent bead. A bouquet presenting complex nuances of brown lime, butter biscuit, truffles and oysters preceding an intense palate made up of honey, nougat, sourdough with a firm acid backbone. A hallmark of Tasmania's cool climate, providing fantastic poise and flavour persistence.
