Bay of Fires Cuvée Rosé NV

This sparkling is a lovely medium-salmon pink in colour and showcases aromas of ripe strawberry fruit, leading into wild berry fruit and brioche flavours soon after. The added complexity of lanolin, toast, seabrine and mushroom characters on the palate make this a wine with depth and interest, finishing with crisp natural acidity and a slight tannin grip.
