Arras' Blanc de Blancs displays the pristine regional attributes of its Tasmanian heritage, the varietal purity of Chardonnay and the wonderous variablity of its vintage year. This superb wine has exquisite poise and balance of dosage, acidity and natural tannin.

This wine exhibits sweet ripe strawberry fruits with subtle Chinese Five spice from MV6 Clone vineyards. Star anise, Cinnamon and plum blossom are all present early on the nose and play a vital role in the complex bouquet. Moderate tannin and graceful, ripe berry fruit complements but does not overpower the subtle spice characters.
